Wilkommen to German Town! We went to Columbus, Ohio with Daddy this past week. He had to work, but we got to tour some of the sights. Schiller park was a lot of fun, very senic. The homes were the long, tall, skinny types that came right up to the street. The streets were brick, bumpy and narrow.
Of course, the kids liked the pond with the ducks until....

We went to dinner at Schmidt's Sausage Haus. It was great food. Jeff got a sausage and I got Winer Schnitzel with kraut, green beans and spatzel! We were 'serenaded' by 'Squeezin and Wheezin', here's some video of them playing.
We also visited the Schmidt fudge shop...here's Dad enjoying his treat.

Love Jeff's reaction to the turtle! He seemed so excited to eat it--then "It's okay". Made me laugh!
