Ch-ing!

Here's Ch's collage of the most recent events in his life!

He earned his Faith in God award in Cub Scouts! He is also growing his collection of patches, so I'll have to start sewing them on his brag jacket!

He earned enough 'scholar dollars' to bring home one of the class pets for the weekend. He chose Rocky the chinchilla. It was a lot of fun except for the gnawing of floorboards and doors (which took all of Monday morning to repair and paint)! We're going to have to formulate a plan for Spring Break - we're supposed to have him for the entire two weeks!

And finally, he earned enough AR (accelerated reader) points to get quite a few awards including a t-shirt. He missed the next level by five points, so we'll be looking forward to the next quarter's awards! He's not the top reader in his grade level this year - yet. We'll see. Baseball and basketball keep him pretty busy and he just started piano lessons, so I can't complain if he manages to do it all! =)
